CBSE Announces Class 12 Results, Over 90% Pass Rate Recorded

This marks a slight increase from last year's 89.7%. The results cover over 12 lakh students across India. Top-performing states include Delhi, Maharashtra, and Tamil Nadu. Meanwhile, major universities like Delhi University and Jawaharlal Nehru University have started releasing their admission cutoffs based on the new scores, with some courses seeing a rise of up to 5% in cutoff marks. Experts say the competitive admission season will intensify as students await counselling schedules. The board also introduced a new digital verification system to curb result fraud, reported by PTI.
